When you use a members of the Scottish Decorators' Federation you can rest assured that your work is being done by a craftsman.

But, better than that, you can rest assured of our guarantee in that craftsman's standard of work.

Customers using Federation members can contact the Federation for advice relating to any decorating work undertaken by a member firm. In the event that a dispute arises, the customer can contact the Federation who will advise them on the operation of our complaints procedure which involves the use of our Code of Fair Trading which is recognised by the Office of Fair Trading.

The Federation also offers a Guarantee of Work Scheme under which all domestic work (within generous financial limits) is guaranteed to be undertaken to a satisfactory standard. In the event of any difficulties arising, the Federation guarantees that the work will be completed either by the original contractor or by another member firm.

This guarantee is invaluable and is a major reason why customers should only use USE Scottish Decorators' Federation members.
